Welcome to the Canadian IT Security Assessment

Built in research partnership with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and based on the data and question set used in the recently published Rotman-TELUS Joint Study on Canadian IT Security Practices, this interactive tool will help you:

• Understand your organization’s IT Security business practices across key elements: people, process, and technology
• Benchmark the focus your organization places on the IT security governance process, security budget, risk profile, and security initiatives
• Compare your ranking to the rankings of those businesses and organizations who participated in the Rotman – TELUS joint study
• Create a customized assessment and action plan for your organization

This assessment will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete and will provide you with immediate results and feedback. You will see your individual scores and a comparison to those in your peer group. If you wish, a TELUS representative will be available to answer your questions and provide you with a full report of your results.

Who should complete the assessment?

This assessment should be completed by IT professionals who are responsible for their organization’s IT security posture and business practices.
